1st and 2nd Mortgage DEBT CONSOLIDATION Loans- Get rid of your high interest rate credit cards by consolidating them into a low interest rate second mortgage. Have a lot of equity? Do a new first mortgage, possibly on a short term. Consolidate your debt with a low 1st mortgage rate and get it paid off early. You can save thousands in total interest costs and hundreds per month. It is all a matter of how your debt is structured. Don't have any equity? Borrow up to 135% of the value of your home with approved credit. You can consolidate bills or take cash out for almost any reason.
HOME PURCHASE- Purchase your new home under traditional financing plans, or go for something a little unique, such as our: no money down, no MIP insurance, adjustable rate, NO income verification, blemished credit, or land purchase options.
1st or 2nd Mortgage HOME IMPROVEMENT Loans- Do home improvements even if you don't have the equity. Even with less than perfect credit, you may still qualify for a loan without equity. (case-by-case) Don't need that much? Diamond Mortgage offers personal loans for smaller improvements. (Not available in all areas. Call for details.)
